Hoka-Hoka is the scientific name for Lesbian sex among bonobos (one of the two primates that humans evolved from). Scientifically it means "genito-genital". It involves one female bonobo wrapping her arms and legs around another, clinging, facing each other and pressing their vulvas and clitorises together, rubbing them sideways in a rapid rhythm for sexual pleasure. So it is humans, dolphins and bonobos that have sex for pleasure.
